How it works
1. Walk-in to the nearest Digi Store or Digi Store Express for trade-in. You will be required to download the Digi Trade-in app
2. A full diagnosis of your device will be done to ensure the condition of your device is validated accordingly
3. Upon completion of diagnosis, the final amount of trade-in payment will be displayed to you to confirm if you'd like to proceed
4. You will receive the trade-in payment via bank transfer within 7 working days through our device trade-in partner, Compasia
Prepare your Old Devices for Trade-in
If you're interested to Trade-in with Digi, walk-in to your nearest Digi Store or Digi Store Express
STEP 1
Check if your phone is able to power ON and OFF and can charge when plugged in to a charger
STEP 2
Check if your phone's IMEI can be retrieved (Go into Settings, and select About Phone for the IMEI number)
STEP 3
Ensure that your phone screen is fully functional and has no cracks or damaged pixels
STEP 4
Please backup all your data before proceeding with the trade-in
