I’m an existing Fibre Digi customer. Do I need to do anything to my current Fibre plan?

No, you don’t have to do anything! For now, all customers will continue enjoying the existing networks, stores, plans and services they have been using.

Will there be any changes to my current Digi Fibre contract, monthly rates, rebates, promotional discounts and billing structure?

No, not to worry. All terms of your existing contract remain unchanged. You can continue enjoying all your current Digi Fibre rates, rebates, promotional discounts and billing structures for as long as you remain on those plans.

I’m looking for other information on Digi home internet’s monthly plan. Where can I find this?

Yes! You are still able to do the same transactions at our retail stores and MyDigi app.

Will there be any changes to the Fibre network coverage, quality of service or service availability in my area?

For now, customers can continue to count on the same reliable, consistent, and quality network experience that they’ve come to enjoy on the existing network, either Celcom or Digi. In the future, we will start rolling out an infrastructure upgrade that will gradually elevate the overall network experience.
