- Postpaid IDD Pass is a monthly recurring pass and will be auto-renewed after your 1st-time subscription, based on bill cycle. Any unused minutes will be forfeited when the bill cycle ends.
- All Postpaid and Prepaid IDD Passes are charged based on the 60 seconds charging block.
- All unused minutes from the passes will be forfeited when validity period ends.
- IDD passes can be repurchased after 7 days when the validity period ends.

How do I roam on 5G?
1. Please ensure that you are on a 5G-capable plan and device.
2. Ensure that you have activated the 5G Speed Booster via MyDigi. Once you have it activated, you should be able to use 5G roaming in countries with networks that support it.

Do I need to manually select operators when I'm abroad?
Operator selection is done automatically to the preferred local operator. Manual selection is only required if you have issues connecting to the preferred network.
How do I know if my roaming pass is activated?
An activation SMS will be sent to your mobile number. For roaming passes bought for immediate use, the activation will be immediate. For roaming passes bought in advance, the Roaming Pass will be activated anytime from 12 a.m. to 2 a.m. (Malaysia Time) on the selected date. Customers will receive an SMS to confirm successful activation of the roaming pass.
For Postpaid users, please also make sure that your account has no outstanding balance, as hitting your account's credit limit may result in the barring of your mobile access while overseas.
When will my roaming pass expire?
Your subscribed Roaming Pass will automatically expire as follows: eg. 3-day Pass → 72 hours from point of activation.
Where can I view my roaming pass quota balance?
The quota can be viewed via MyDigi or by dialing UMB code *800#.
What can the Roaming Voice minutes be used for?
The Roaming Voice calls can be used for:
• local numbers in the visited country
• calls to participating countries and calls to Malaysia
Note: Receiving calls will also deduct minutes from the call allowance.
What is In-Flight Roaming and how to purchase?
In-Flight roaming is a roaming service in an aircraft from 20,000 feet above ground. Simply purchase Digi’s 12-hour In-Flight pass by dialing *800*3# when you are onboard the aircraft to enjoy connectivity on selected airlines under Aeromobile In-Flight network. Upon receiving an SMS indicating your successful purchase, your mobile phone will automatically detect the Aeromobile network, which will enable you to use your own mobile phones to start surfing the Internet in-flight.
