How do I enable 5G on my iPhone?

On your iPhone 12 or later, follow the below steps:  
​• Go to Settings > General > Software Update and update to the latest iOS 16.2 or newer version. ​
• Next, go to Settings > General > About and if prompted, follow the steps to update to the latest carrier settings version 53.1 or newer. ​

How do I know 5G is successfully activated on my device?​

You will be able to see 5G icon near the signal bars on your device. You may also check your 5G Internet usage via MyDigi.

When can I get 5G if I'm on other Digi Postpaid and Digi Prepaid plans?

When will 5G coverage come to my area?

The 5G coverage will be dependent on Digital Nasional Berhad’s rollout effort. For more information, refer to Digital Nasional Berhad.

Do I have to get a new SIM card to enjoy 5G?

If you are able to connect to 4G services, you will not need a separate SIM card to access 5G services.
